Since its opening on May 5th(Children`s Day) in 1973 as the first amusement park for children in Korea, Children`s Grand Park has established itself as a comfortable park for a quick escape from busy day-to day life.

Covering 593,036, the park has green space with dense forests and grasses. There are also a zoo, a botanical garden, a playing fountain, several tens of rides as well as other convenient facilities.

At children`s Hall in the park, you can find various cultural events and exhibitions for adults as well as children.

Children`s Grand Park is soon to be promoted as an `environmental park` of the international scale and will be the center of active regional culture.
