The Sheraton Walker Hill is located at the foot of the A-Cha Mountain, and was built on the former site of the A-Cha Fortress that dates from the Shilla Dynasty (57 B.C. - 688 A.D.). It provides visitors with deluxe accommodations and a spectacular view of the Han River. Its 139 acres (the largest of all Seoul hotels) are fully wooded and offer a 1.4 km jogging and walking trail (uniquely designed in the shape of the Korean peninsula). It is located just far enough away from Seoul to escape from the pressures of the city, yet close enough to reach almost any destination by a short taxi ride or hotel shuttle.
