    Sup Chung Gwangjin-gu as the leader of the cadre and Gwangjin-gu cadre of visitors
    visits Khan-Uul District in September 2001, and both parties agree to the pursuit for
    affiliation between Gwangjin-gu and Khan-Uul District

    Khan-Uul District cadre of visitors with the Mayor of Khan-Uul District is invited officially
    after the approval of the Ministry of Government Administration and Home Affairs after
    the reporting to the Gwangjin-gu Council to hold affiliation formation ceremony at the
    Planning Control Center of the Gwangjin-gu Office in November 27, 2001
