1. Ask your doctor for the baby's birth certificate.
2. Report to your embassy in Seoul to get your baby's passport issued.
3. Report to the Seoul Immigration Office within 30 days after birth.

A parents Alien Registration Certificate

Two photos of baby (3.5x4.5cm)
