Case: When a customer made a contract with a moving company, they made sure that there would no other extra charge. But when movers came on the moving day, they demanded extra chage. Despite the fact that illegal demand for extra money should be refused all the time, if a customer was not able to refuse the demand, s/he can attempt to get refund of the extra money from the company depending on the contract conditions and the circumstances of the moving day. But it is not an easy task to get refund of the illegal extra money, and the Korean culture makes it harder for customers to demand the refund. Therefore, the best way to prevent this kind of trouble is to make sure that an item of no extra charge be listed on the contract.

In this case, the company agreed to return the illegal refund.
