Local features
- Location : Located by the Rol River of Bogd mountain, in the south of Khan-Uul district, capital city of Mongolia
- Area : 45㎢ (Population – 70,000)
- Administrative district : 14 villages, people's representatives participate in making policies of the district
- Local features
- With continental four season climate, summer is short (July ~ August) but winter is long (October ~ March). It is a beautiful city with surrounding plain and pasturage.
- Major industry
- The newly rising light industry area of Mongolia (factories of bakery, beverage, leather and clothes are majority; occupying 46% of industrial production in Uul District)
- Especially the 'Gobi' cashmere factory (established by supports of Japan) is a treasure of Mongolian light industry as it is ranked at about the fifth place in the world
